Myhomeshoppy.com reserves the right to use client information such as client name, phone numbers, emails or other contact details for any kind of service related activities like Product Promotion, Services, Inquiry, new updates, Reports, Advertising.

Payment Policy:

Payment shall mean a transaction where the payment for the items purchased is paid in to Sellers bank account by the Buyer through authorized payment Gateway.

Buyer should have a Valid bank account meaning a valid and operational bank account in the name of the user of which the user is the rightful and legal owner for any refund incase.

If the payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of items purchased and no items will be shipped.

All the payment options available would be displayed at the time of Checkout, We will be updating this document whenever there are changes.

Shipping Policy :

Shipping charges would be displayed and the same should be paid by the Buyer at the time of purchase. We use third party Shipping services for Handling and Shipping the products, therefore we are not responsible for any Delay / Damage of goods during the Shipping process, We are also not responsible for any misbehavior of the courier person. If an item is lost during shipping, the same need to be asked to the shipping company as the liability is transferred to them while handing over the product. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible the same should be asked to shipping company. Exchanges are granted only if the wrong product is shipped.

Cancellation/Refund/Return Policy :

Any Product which is booked can be cancelled with in 3 Hrs from the time booked. Sellers has right to cancel the order in 24 working Hours from the time Booked. Any product if a buyer want to return the same can be done with in 1 day after receiving the product, The product should not be opened and should be in reusable condition, Open sealed products can not be returned in any case, To and Fro Shipping charges should be bared by the Buyer and the same would be deducted while Refunding the amount after considering all the facts.

Limitation Of Liability:

We display products in myhomeshoppy.com related to third party sellers along with our products and we are not responsible for any Trademarks, Patents, Quality, Accuracy and other information for the products displayed of third party. The same can be asked to the Sellers directly. Currently we are not onboarding any Vendors out side of our company “My Home Shoppy” purchases all the products from third party vendors and we sell in our website.

Complaints and Disputes :

Any kind of disputes are subject to Secunderabad Jurisdiction only, Disputes related to Ordered Products , Delivery of Products , Payment and Refund related can be sent to email id : support@myhomeshoppy.com or you can Call us on phone number 9390122699 ( 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday on working days only).

Welltech Systems is liable for Ordered Products, Shipment, Eligible refunds ( If any ) but not for any Brand Names, Logos of other companies, Quality of products related to other companies products the same can be directly asked to the concerned companies.

Legalities : Limited to Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction only.
